Each announcement of a new popular Air Jordan edition goes with a few questions about compliance with the original pair. Although everyone has in mind the very successful 2009 version, the 2013 retro looks still much closer to the original from 1985.
Indeed, gray nubuck inserts which made the charm of the 2009 Shadow are completely gone by the wayside, which will certainly please the purists. We must therefore expect a leather of the same quality as the previous retro such as Black Toe or Royal Blue for example. We find, however, the Nike Air embroidered on the tongue and no Jumpman on the heel which is not so bad. Anyway, this pair will land on July 13, and we can already bet it will find its audience among fans of the brand.
