Featuring is now common in rap, but what we don’t know is how much is what the artists are asking for.

With their facility to produce and promote their songs, it is more and more difficult for a new artist to prevail over others. One of the solutions can be to show up with a figure already known, by commissioning any artist for a very variable price. A YouTuber pretended to be a a producer looking for a featuring for one of the artists he manages. He sent this same request to more than 100 artists, from the most obscure ones to the elders and those collecting bangers. Many have responded to the money call by providing their prices, which are listed below.

Excessive tariffs for some, for others underestimated, but that give us an idea of the prices charged. We can’t imagine how much Lil Pump or Travis would ask.

Dave East – $25,000

B.O.B – $30,000

Vic Mensa – $60,000

Dizzy Wright – $1,500

Chingy – $6,000

Asian Doll – 6500$

Kap G – $10,000

Supreme Patty – $7,500

Flipp Dinero – $15,000

Roddy Ricch – $25,000

Megan Thee Stallion – $50,000

Rich Homie Quan – $10,000

Shy Gizzly – $20,000

Trinidad James – $3,500

Slim Jesus – $750

Mike Stud – $5,000
