Kanye West keeps on boosting his music legacy and turns to yet another scene. After putting his own take on Gospel music with his last album, the superproducer/rapper is set to make an opera show.
The Chicago rapper just announced his opera-making-inspirations on his twitter page by sharing the invitations to the show. Made by Nick Knight, the opera pamphlet artwork implies that the show is directed by Vanessa Beecroft and will be including Ye’s Sunday Service among others. The invitation artwork implies that the opera show will take place this november on the 24th at Hollywood Bowl. The opera show is named after the powerful and famous king of Babylon : Nebuchadnezzar. When you know about Kanye’s obsession for power and success, the choice of such a figure makes sense.
Still on twitter, Ye also shared a picture of Dr Dre and himself in the studio with the caption “Ye and Dre Jesus King Part II coming soon”. The year is far from finish for Mr West and his fans.
