Highsnobiety had an exclusive pre-access to them and for the occasion made a photoshoot emphasizing those really particular clay tones on the Gel Burz 2: terracotta, forest and sea foam. Those three colorway are following Gel Burz 1’s first release in early 2018 with the black, grey and neon iteration. Even though the pair’s structure is the same between those two versions, namely a hybrid between GEL-Venture 6 and GEL-Nimbus 20, carrying GEL and FlyteFoam technology, difference lies among the side and front. Gel Burz 1 panels were in plastic, covering the Asics logo, while this V2 received a leather treatment on its panels, which deconstructs the branding, leaving only a silhouette of it made out of stitching.
Those 3 Kiko Asics Gel Burz 2 will be available August 10 in the same shops that got the first release. Click here for more detailed pics from the shoot.
